R. I. PRICHARD, IV (Rip)
Certified Public Accountant
 
Rip manages our Mobile, Alabama office. He grew up in South Mississippi and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. He began his accounting career in 1988 and has since earned his certification in public accounting. Rip is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama and Mississippi Societies of Certified Public Accountants. With over eighteen years of experience, Rip has grown a practice that specializes in, business and individual taxation, construction contractors, municipalities, governmental, and nonprofit organizations.
 
C. MICHAEL DEWBERRY
Certified Public Accountant
 
Michael manages our Spanish Fort, Alabama office. He grew up in South Alabama and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama. He began his accounting career in 1994 and has since earned his certification in public accounting. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana Societies of Certified Public Accountants.  He also serves as treasurer of Bayfest, Inc. a nonprofit organization promoting tourism in Mobile, Alabama. Through interaction with financial advisors and attorneys, Michael has developed his knowledge of wealth management and estate planning. He also specializes in business and individual taxation, construction contractors and accounting information systems.
 
DEBORAH HODGES
Certified Public Accountant
 
Deborah heads our Audit Department, which conducts audits on a variety of organizations including governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations and commercial concerns as well. She also provides consulting, accounting and tax services to clients in a wide range of industries. A Mobile native, Deborah is an honors graduate of Mississippi University for Women, the first state-supported college for women in the United States. In addition to maintaining her memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accounts, this mother of three is  also an active volunteer, serving as both a swim meet volunteer and treasurer of the Alpine Hills-Park Forest Swim Club, the treasurer of the Women’s Business Center of Southern Alabama, the treasurer of the historical Mississippi University for Women Alumnae Association and as a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s Leadership Mobile Class of 2008.
